'Evans is safe in our custody' - Police

                                               

The Nigeria police force has denied media reports that notorious kidnapper, Evans, has vanished from police cell. Earlier today, The Sun Newspaper published a report alleging that the kidnapper who was arrested on June 10th in Lagos, was no longer in Lagos police custody and his whereabouts was no longer known.

Denying the reports, the Force spokesperson, Jimoh Moshood who spoke to newsmen this morning, said;


                            

“The media need to avoid stories that could create fear, tension or misrepresentation among the masses. Where did Evans vanish to? That headline was misleading. The suspect and his accomplices are very much in our custody. We are working hard to ensure that justice is served at the end of the day. There are certain information that are not for public consumption to avoid jeopardising investigation or even national security. Evans is with the police. His whereabouts is known but cannot be made public. We are appealing to Nigerians to remain calm and support the police to conclude its investigation.”he said

Human Ken Doll on the verge of losing his nose after so many plastic surgeries (photos)

           

Human ken doll, Rodrigo Alves could lose his nose if he attempts another surgery, a plastic surgeon recently warned him. Dr Paul Nassif, star of E!'s reality show Botched told him during consultation that his nose could turn black, die and fall off if he attempts one more surgery because he has undergone three rhinoplasties in one year. Dr Nassif told him;

"The issue is that what we call the soft tissue envelope—that's the skin. By you having three surgeries in a period of 12 to 15 months, destroyed your tissue. The skin's no good.""Your nose on the inside you have no airway and it's short, so this is all scarred together. And since you just had surgery three months ago, it's going to scar down more. It's in a healing phase.""If you try to insult your skin one more time now while it's healing, there's a high possibility that if you let one of these doctors touch your nose now, this will turn black and then die and fall off,"

                   Dr. Nassif later told the E! cameras

"His nostrils are so small, and after what he's gone through with the MRSA, this is probably one of the worst results and complications that I've seen in my entire career"

Exclusive: Why we are taking legal action against Harrysong - Kcee's manager issues statement

                           

 

Two days after Harrysong, a former act signed on to Five Star Music publicly shared a court injunction he received from his former label, Kcee, through his manager, Chidozie Dike just issued a statement to clarify and explain the reason why they are taking legal action against him.

The statement exclusively obtained by LIB partly reads, 

'We want to state categorically that this issue has nothing to do with oppression or intimidation and regardless of whatever story that has been told to attract unmerited public sympathy, it is only time that will tell the truth as it has always been the order of the day prior to previous matters concerning same uncultured elements '.

Our attention has been drawn to certain publications and we wish to briefly comment on the issues:

That it is on record that certain personalities threatened the life of one of our recording and performing artiste in the person of mr Kingsley Okonkwo (KCEE) and have also gone ahead to threaten to distort  the reputable image of KCEE in the eyes of the right thinking members of the society and more especially his esteemed fans and business associates

In order to protect the life , image , integrity and reputation of our artiste, he approached the court of law to seek for the enforcement of his fundamental human rights which he is entitled to as a Nigerian citizen. 

In addition, he has also sought the Nigerian Police to protect his life and investigate the threat to his life . As a law abiding citizen he did not wish to re-sought to self help reason why he decided to seek a legal solution .

 We want to state categorically that this issue has nothing to do with oppression or intimidation and regardless of whatever story that has been told to attract unmerited public sympathy, it is only time that will tell the truth as it has always been the order of the day prior to previous matters concerning same uncultured elements .

We therefore appeal to our fans, well wishers , friends and family , business associates to be calm during the period.

 

                           

Container falls on two fully loaded commercial buses in Ojota this morning, 3 passengers rescued alive! (photos)

        

A freak accident happened in Ojota town very early this morning as a container (cargo truck) fell on two fully loaded commercial buses. 

As at press time the total number of dead passengers couldn't be ascertained but 3 passengers have been rescued alive with Lagos State Emergency Management Agency officials on ground. More photos after the cut..
